Brilliant location. The staff were great communicators and very responsive and kind. Their line mangers should note this as positive feedback for them. I booked a private room and it was clean as a whistle, I had a slight issue with towels missing after the room was serviced but it was actioned immediately I voiced it to reception and these things happen, it was resolved as soon as I reported it.

Great Stay, Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay, mainly due to its perfect location right in the heart of the Amsterdam. Everything was within walking distance, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lovely lady at the reception during the morning shift—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she made a great impression!

Central location, especially to go to the station and if you book some tours (like getyourguide) in 10/12 min walk you’ll be there. Easy to go anywhere in the city, either on foot or using public transport. We got a triple private room on the first floor (there’s only one there, the others are on the 4/5/6th floor). The staff was great, we got cleaning service during our stay, free towels and my charger stop working and an amazing guy find another for me to lend me. Towels and hairdryer was available for free. You have lockers in the room, not too big but good for coats and average backpacks. Beds were good and great new shower. It wasn’t noisy at all even if we were right on the red light district, we were in an enclosed space with no windows over the busy streets. For our experience it was a safe area, even early morning, we walked only briefly at night.

We stayed in a private room on the first floor. It was fairly expensive but so was everywhere at the time as is to be expected with Amsterdam. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly too. Sometimes the hostel was a little noisy with people going upstairs but it wasn't a problem. The mattresses were very soft (almost too soft) and they had a habit of sliding around. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Although in the heart of De Wallen (the red light district) the location was ideal because the hotel shields you from the craziness outside but equally it is right there on your doorstep when you fancy it.

Overall vibe was good, with location right in center of Red light district. The staff was amazing Gives you access to a-lot of tourist places around. Just rent a bicycle and you’ll love every bit of this city. Every place is easily approachable by a bicycle. There is a renting shop across the block. They were nice enough to store my luggage before and after checkout so that i can travel city hassle free

First of all and most importantly, I would like to thank James as the receptionist, an incredible person, very open to guests, giving special treatment worthy of a five-star hotel. I really didn't expect anything like this for a while. The hotel is absolutely amazing, everything is perfect. The rooms are super comfortable with privacy, safes to store belongings, and common areas to enjoy your meal or relax a bit. The location is incredible, and the treatment from this person was absolutely incredible.

Amazing central location in the heart of everything, 2 minutes walk from Dam square, Oude Kerk, few steps from De Wallen. The receptionist was lovely and explained us everything, the room was nice and had all that we needed. Be prepared for some traditional Dutch stairs, this is a listed traditional Dutch building so depending on which floor you are you could do some extra cardio exercise. Being so central it could get a bit crowded during the day, but we never had issues at night and it wasn't noisy at all. Highly recommended for a group of friends or couple that don't mind to be few steps away from all the action!

The location is excellent. The hostel is very clean and modern, it looks as though it has been recently been renovated as it is very fresh. The room was for 6 people and there were 5 of us in our group and the room was spacious, clean and bright. Our room had its own bathroom which was very clean, the shower was hot and powerful too. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we got hungry at 1am and they were happy for us to order an Uber Eats. I’ve stayed in a few different hostels over the years in Amsterdam and this was definitely the nicest. There was minimal noise too, we were in room 10 which is just down a small flight of stairs. I would stay here again.

Really is in the heart of Amsterdam, brilliant location. We booked a 4-bed room with en-suite that was located on one of the upper floors. We were offered a change or room free of charge into a ground floor 6-bed room with en-suite due to travelling with my mum who can struggle a little with stairs. We were extremely happy and appreciative of this generous and considerate offer. All the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room itself was clean, comfortable and the bedding was of good quality. Side note for those that wonder (as I did) the bunk beds are not squeaky in the slightest and I’m no slim Jim so that was a pleasant surprise. I genuinely do not have a bad word to say about the place, would visit again for sure.

A beautiful contemporary hotel in the heart of the red light district yet you couldn’t hear anything from the room (we were to floor facing city/away from the canal). We had the triple room and there was plenty of room for our luggage. Comfy (very soft) beds and pillows. Friendly staff who took the time to offer some local restaurants/cafes. We were able to walk to all of the key sites around Amsterdam. Would definitely stay again!
